Weight gain on anavar cycle

Such is the nature of a largely male population, one that is particularly over stimulated on hormones. I hope you understand where I'm coming from, and I certainly didn't mean to offend you :)

My wife is on a var cycle she is gaining weight but is losing fat she lost 3 inches of her waist in one month I'd watch you measurements and not the scale

Thank you, yeah my legs are beginning to change shape... And my arms are shaping up too but the scales hasnt moved since last week..

Yes stay off the scale and watch the mirror my wife is getting a lot more cut but has gained a few pounds it took me along time to get her to leave the scale alone just keep with a clean diet and keep working hard
 
You judge someone's advice on the advice itself and how back up it is by objective evidence, not on their pics or lack thereof. Having said that, some of her advice is good and some of it is poor.

Yeah, her advice seems to be pretty good in most places I see her comment. I just didn't feel like scrolling through dozens and dozens of pages just to get to the bottom of it.

I don't particularly care if she posts pics or not. But it does matter to me if I ever took cycle advice from someone who is straight up lying/pulling everything they know off the web and other forums, when in reality they don't know anything. Maybe nothing has happened yet, but I think we both know that it is a slippery slope, and at some point she could give shitty advice to someone, and mess them up. That's all I'm saying.
 
Update:
Today is day 16 on 10mg var, feeling really good, sleeping much better. Appetite is through the roof but im pushing myself more in the gym, strength is definitely on the up, im in beast mode!! Keep checking my gains out in mirror at gym but im sure no one else can see them!! Lol..
Reached my PR today with back squat, 185lbs for 6reps.. I coulnd squat 100lbs 2wks ago so really pleased... Deadlifts were easy today, did 4 sets, 10-12reps, reaching 132lbs for 8reps, final set.. Wrists hurt a bit, not sure if its my grip or if my wrists are weak!! Vertical Leg press was 330lb... My PR today, so pleased with progress and im only 3wks in my cycle... no bloating, started my test boosters on monday, mood definitely lifted.. And more energy.. Due period on sunday, no signs of pms at allllll, fecking great.. Dont tink im gona get it!!

Is so wonderful when those strength gains show up! Great progress!! How long is your cycle?
 
Im on in my 3rd week.. How long shud i run for? I was thinking 6-8wks.. Sum people say 10wks long enough.. I will find it hard to stop!!
It is hard to stop :) I ran for 10 or 12 weeks. I can't remember. It was supposed to be shorter but despite the bloat I getting such strength gains I didn't want to quit! You can always see how you feel at 8 weeks and go from there.

Yeah i think i will see how i am around week 8 and take it from there.. Watching my hubby drink that chilled coors beer every Saturday night is pretty tough but if im doing this im gona do it right!! Gains are nicer than beer!! What supplements you take Wendylifts? Do you drink carbs at all or glucose during training?

Nah. I drink propel during my workout. I'll take bcaas before and after. Sometimes I take an aspirin before my workout because of something I read on t-nation that I can't find right now. In the morning I take fish oil and psyllium. Sometimes I take a probiotic. I take more pills now that I'm "healthy" than I ever have in my life! :)
 
Hi, Im just wondering if anyone could shed a bit of light as to why my weight has gone up on 2nd week of anavar? Im taking 10mg daily, spilt into 2 doses of 5mg , am and pm! My diet is clean, drinking 2ltrs of water a day, also taking a fat burner called 'Vanish' by Prosupps.
I have had very little side effects so far apart from enlarged female parts which doesn't bother me really. Having to pee alot but thats nothing new.. Im 3lb up this week, def not feeling as lean as last week. I train 4/5 days a week, weight training! Do 25mins LISS post workout. Id be greatful of any advice. Haven't noticed any results yet but think my muscles seem tighter or harder, also upd my weight on everything this morning no bother so maybe its kicking in... Some people say you cant lose weight on anavar??? Im using it to drop body fat and increase muscle mass... ? Am I wrong??

Only one of two possibilities,either your eating more or it's not var and maybe another compound .
