Accesory: Leg Ext 45lb 3x15, Reverse Fly 40lb 3x20, Tricep Pressdown 100lb 3x15, Lying Cable Curl 90lb 3x15

Big improvement on flat bb' bench but this is to be expected. Still regaining strength and it's moving along nicely. Small improvement on front squat at this intensity as well. Rack position still needs improvement.

So you can incline more than you do bb bench? Don't see that often.

Yep. I actually never performed flat barbell bench prior to my injury, I was doing weighted dips instead, but I did perform incline barbell bench, so that probably has a lot to do with why my incline is better than my flat at the moment. I have a friend who is stronger at incline than flat barbell bench and he trains both concurrently. Not very common for sure.
