If you are in agreement I will send the tabs to you to forward onto Karl. We need to do it this way because I know Karl will either deny receiving them or claim I sent less back than he sent me. I do not want them whether he refunds me or not They are useless to me and I never asked for them.

Sorry, please don't send them my way. I have no involvement with Karl's business dealings other than a one-time customer thus far.

1. Refund Best his $6k. Your remaining credibility will be intact. You can continue to peddle your GH.

2. Do not refund Best his $6k. You are completely done here.

Your choice, pretty simple actually.

Karl, I'm willing to bet that everyone here can see that this pattern of events was going to play out the way it was... You were going to slick talk your way out of paying a refund that you owed. End of story. No arbitration in the first place, YOU CAN STILL DO THIS. No he called me this he called me that, this is a business transaction and if the situation was reversed that's how you would see it... In terms of dollars. That's how you did see it, as you collected the money, I'm guessing immediately, and didn't send the correct product.

The time has past for proper compensation, we can ALL see you do not want to pay cash back because you make a profit off of paying in GH. This is the basics of business, paying in product is always best for the producer. It can be best for both parties with profit that can be made, but he wants a REFUND now, so why not rise above this situation and settle this.

I ask you again, would you be willing to have an unbiased mediator/arbitrator help facilitate the process?
