What 100/150mgs and 250Test weekly can do Transformation.

Just wanted to show what you can do with as little as 100 mgs of tren a week, since everybody is on tren and most of us dont know the dangers of this compound. You can still look good and be safe at the same time.
Note; towards the 150mgs of tren I wasnt dieting well. I was doing IIFYM.

Does that mean low dose Tren makes you loose all body hair towards the end of the cycle?

Ive been thinking about a super low dose extended run of tren e after my next blast.
Ive not seen anything other than your post on this topic and the results speak for themselves.
Im looking at tren e at 200mg which should net about 160ish mg per week.
Along side 125 trt test dose.
What brought this to my mind were the results from several studies on tren pellet dosages given to cattle. Extremely low doses but extended over a couple years.
Obviously a couple years would be a bit long for a test like this....but a 6 month run with bloods every 60 days with all the appropriate panels might be interesting....
 
I never count calories, just proteins and fats in grams. But im guessing around 2000 kcals a day and I forgot what carbs were. i did cheat 3 or 4 times a week
Care to post your diet? Also, when you say cheat, do you mean like a single shitty meal? Like a meal from Johnny rockets or some shit, for example, haha. And did you eat less overall calories the days you cheated to stay at a deficit?

Also, why count fats and protein? I think I’d rather count carbs and protein

What I notice with tren is that I hit a plateau after 8-10 weeks. I think six months of tren is only going to keep you in shape but you wont make crazy gains. And even though its going to be relatively a low dose it is still dangerous in my opinion.
If you have the money to run 6 months of tren, run HGH instead for that period. Hiperplasia is where it´s at! thats what I would do if I had that much money to run something in the long term. And plus you're going to keep a lot of gains.

Na, when I say diet its only diet and training, no juice. My diets are pretty simple man, all the stuff that bodybuilders eat...oats,brown rice,veggies, chicken, turkey..etc the usual deal lol.
