Cool thread , and I really like the detail in this post. Subbed to thread for daily training ideas, I think most of us are in the point of our lifting/bodybuilding lives that we are always looking for something to mix it up.
As for me tonight, I hit deads for the first time in forever due to an injury. Got up to 405 before deciding I should stop there and ease back into it a little slower. Felt good though!
Deadlift- 5x5
Weighted pullups- 2x8
DB Row- 3x8-12
Reverse DB Fly- 2x15
Pretty simple but classic back workout. Then burned out on some abs and calves. Trying to hit my calves as much as possible, Around 3x week now as I haven't found much success in anything else!
