What Are You Training Today?

Miss doing squats/legs , had some real big legs back 20 yrs from hockey & soccee but I got hit on my chopper , tore the bottom of my leg almost completely off..Tib Fib compound fracture along with tibia plateau fracture broke thigh ( femer) cracked hip..smashed ankle..had some pretty good atrophy on rt side.needles to say. I put most of my juice in that leg and it really brought it back not the muscle I'll never get that back but i was able to build it up,still noticeable a bit.70% range of motion hinders my leg workout But it feels so good when I'm done and almost hurling

Good stuff man take it slow.. Knee injuries are a bitch. I haven't had one, but getting enough discomfort there that I have stopped squatting heavy like I used to. My rehband sleeves help a bit too, but I know those are not meant for prior injury protection.
The copper knee sleeve I recently bought helped in keeping my right knee stable so I had less pain

Sounds fun. What about supersetting tris? You'd be pumped to all hell.

It was fun in the end, when I 1st read that arm work out, I thought fuck me 50 then 40 etc But cracked on with it, And must say my feel pumped to the max, never went for super set Tri, Just solid 6x12 6x20 Good old fashion dumbell behind head, defo going to add this once a month to my training

Probably going to do some squats or paused squats, front squats, glute bridges, and either step ups/lunges/split squats and finish off with some weighted incline situps.

Today I have Hypertrophy legs. Speed work back squats first. Then I move into Hypertrophy.

Front squats
Hacks Squats
RDL
Leg curls
Extensions
Calves

Hit back and shoulders at the resort gym today. Beautiful beach view and a few nice lil mamacitas with minimal workout clothing in there to add to the experience. Had a freshly made smoothie with protein to cap it all off!

Wednesday nights session was

Front Squat 265lb
total volume - around 25 - 30 total reps

Weighted Hyperextension 90lb
total volume - 50 total reps

and some single legged leg extensions

The front squats were 3-4 rep sets for the most part, should have been able to get these for 5 rep sets or so by now but I missed a prior front squat session so I didn't progress as fast as I would have liked.

I kind of lost track of how many total reps I did on front squat since I don't normally work with that intensity / percentage of 1rm, but somewhere around 25-30. Good enough I would say.

Weighted Hypers were with a 10RM.

I fell off track.Today is unknown but I will train and train hard no matter what I choose to do.This is a never ending battle that I will when however that works out.
