Multi draw adapters. I have a couple different kinds. These are from medlab supply . I get some from Amazon but I like these better.. they also make some that filter the air and have sterile filters attached but I haven't bought any yet

Posted labs on my log a couple weeks ago everything's great. Echo went well ejection fraction 59. I'm only on 500 test kinda letting the food insulin and gh do most of the work for now. I'll add in some EQ soon.

I wouldn't say clean, follow my diet and you will blow up lol. No added fats match protein to your weight and eat as much carbs as physically possible. Any means necessary. Rice cereal, bread candy just get that carb number high as fuck.

I use lantus because I'm lazy log is better I make sure to hit log pre and post workout.
