What needle length for my delts?

So I use a 32mm 23g 1/¼ inch blue needle for my glutes and then for subq I use 0.30mm (30g) x 8mm.

However I have never pinned my delts before and not sure what needle length I need as I'm pretty lean.

Also can I pin my chest and if so what needle length would I need if you can pin that area.

29g 0.5 inch insulin pin. Easy touch, etc.

17 usd per 100 count.

What are you pinning?
I'm from the UK.

The real question is what am I not pinning!

Nah, but I just want to pin a little bit of parabolan in my delts for the cosmetic and anti catabolic effects, as it's 75mg/ml and not sure how much I can actually pin in the delts?

So like how much oil volume can I put in my delts?

1/2". I used to use a 29ga insulin syringe but I hate back filling syringes and drawing with a 29ga takes forever. So I switched to 27ga and it pulls much faster from the vial and I don't have to back fill

Some people do obscene amounts (3mls+) but I like my delt striations so I keep it to 1ml or less and honestly don’t hit them too often.

As for the filling, I actually use an insulin pen that I poke with the insulin pin to then fill it, almost front filling instead of backfilling. Takes legitimately 3-4 seconds to fill even a smaller gauge than 29 gauge and I absolutely love it.

Other than that yes you’d have to sit and wait or backfill.

I'll probably do 0.5ml twice a week that will give me 75mg a week of parabolan.

It depends on how much muscle you have, but 1ml general upper end. Start with .5 and see how it goes. You have front side and rear delts so you could pin all three spots.
This advice to pin front delts has to go away.....most people have large veins on the front delt an plenty of smaller blood vessels that you do not want to puncture .
If you are lean enough you can cleary see them but most folks are not lean or muscular enough to have them show up when relaxed.

The side delt is the default medical pin spot for a reason !

Rear delts are even better but are smaller and hard to get to but I love pinning mine.
1ml is well tolerated if over 200lbs lean for side and rear delt.

Same goes for traps ,some people love them but they are full of pretty big veins so caution is advised , and as a bonus if you do a bad shot you get a wonderfull stiff neck and a head ache(rarely)

Why do you need to backfill with 29g? Why? Draw and pin with same needle.

So it seems better if I don't want to backfill and faster then.

I think the recommendation is well captured here. 27g or 29g, 1/2”-1”. Depends on your body fat and as you use them you’ll develop a preference. 27g 1” is universal and can work in almost every situation but if decently lean 1/2 will get deep enough in the muscle to suffice. Also, keep in mind every pin creates scar tissue that builds up little by little so rotate spots and try to minimize injections in same muscle per week. Outer upper glutes always king.

I already pin my glutes. Would love to know how to pin the ventrogluteal muscle and chest too.
