I feel the same way @Skull. Skinny or Fat as long as your putting in the effort in the gym and kitchen I hate to see people put down. Ive had people tell me thats why they dont work out (yeah its an excuse). But they say they hate going in and getting the stares from the people who are "in-shape" already. That theyre being judged. Im 215 now. But when I started out i was the skinniest fucker youve ever seen. My wrist, forearm, and bicep were all the same size.

I joined AB to see what goes on on other boards. I've seen plenty of Meso bashing over there. The thing is that the shit they say about Meso isn't true. I did an intro and I think that's the only posting I've done. I haven't spent much time there but I was shocked at how much anti Meso shit I saw. It has to be people misrepresenting Meso.
