I left the GWX folder with the system and "trusted" installer locked out. I'm hoping that will foil any future attempts to put it back.. Would be nice to have a tool, though. I can see this happening again on other machines.

Look in Control Panel > Programs click the View Installed Updates link under Programs and Features. Scroll through the list till you see update with KB3035583. Uninstall that one and reboot. Remove the gwx folder.
That's what I did initially. But on one machine GWX came back. Maybe the uninstall failed, or maybe I rebooted too late, but the CP entry was gone when it popped up the second time. There was no obvious way to uninstall it.
One thing that really pisses me off is people going way to slow on an on ramp! Getting behind someone going 45 MPH trying to merge with traffic going 70+ MPH!

Another thing I cant stand...studying (im a procrastinator).
Work keeps sending me to classes and schools and now I gotta sit here and study like high school / college all over again.
I will always find something better to do than study. Perfect time to do laundry, alphabetize my AAS, or plan out my meals for the next 3 years
