What Pisses me off Page

Same here, has plagued me for a long time, getting better. Been using lots of peptides, and also a roller to crush the knots in my forearms, seems to help. Still hurts, but now I can actually do hammer curls and those movements again. Maybe the Deca helps too?
What peptides do you run? I need to learn more about those things. About clueless with them.

Deca will hopefully be going in the mix by late February, assuming plans keep stable. Might grab some NPP for low dose right now, if things don't improve.

Any thoughts on whether the nandrolone actually improves things, or just helps mask it? Seems like a lot of back and forth on that. Wouldn't want to be hitting it when I really need to be healing it.

I've been shotgunning it with various peptides - TB500, CJC1295, MK2866, MK677, BPC, and Ipamorelin. B12 complex too.

My alternative has been surgery, really trying to stave that off. I think what I'm doing is helping, but probably needs another 3-6 months.

Buying a graphics cards and 6month later a much better one come out that puts mine to shame and TVs too.

That's nothing. How about the fact that every nvidia card I have ever owned, regardless of how expensive, turned out to be a complete POS that ended up blowing a cap after 2 years. Every card without fail. I've fixed them before (the old put the card in the oven trick works wonders if you take the plastic case and heatsink off) but fuck that.

I never buy new tech anymore, and this is why. Fuck nVidia.

Radon R7 & R9 that what I have with over clock. They do well but been getting blue screen when games start up. Might need to cc clean or run malware. Or they just might not be able handle the new games. Regardless in have some PC clean up to do.

What game?? You running Windows 7??

I just finished GTA 5. Gonna try Assassin's Creed Syndicate with Jack The Ripper DLC next. I'm not sure what's all in the DLC, but the title sounds fun. :)

I've got a 660ti...works really well.

I've just had really bad luck with them over the years, and I'm not sure why. I bought a gtx 580sc when it came out and after a year or so it started to cause blue screens and other bullshit. Disappointing considering how hot the thing ran and how much it cost.

A nice big shot of cortizone. I swear by it. The injection sucks but the next morning the pain is gone, if the issue is inflamation based. I've had a few in my shoulders and a couple in my left hip. That stuff is magic.

Yeah, but it's a paintjob, not a fix. It comes back, and cortisone weakens you.
That can be true but this also...
I had bursitis in my left hip. I tried OTC anti inflammatories and then prescription anti inflammatories. Nothing was working. after about two weeks I couldn't put any weight on that leg. It was getting worse progressively. Went to see my Dr. and he recommended the cortisone injection. I told him that the anti inflammatories weren't working and this is what he said. Something can trigger an inflammatory response in the body. Oral anti inflammatories just won't get rid of the inflammation. It requires something stronger. Once the inflammation is gone it may not return unless it is retriggered but if you don't use something strong enough it will just continue. There may not be an on going issue to treat. The issue is that something triggered an inflammatory response and once it's gone there is no on going condition. I got the injection and within 48 hours it was completely gone. 8 months later it started back up and I called the Doc that day and went in the next morning. Shot #2 and the next morning the pain is gone. That was at least 18 months ago and I haven't had any pain at all since.
Also, had some terrible shoulder pain. 3 different injections over about an 18 month period. Pain is gone and I'm back to flat benching which I wasn't able to do for quite a while.
Does that make sense? I hope I explained that okay.

Sounds like you're using them the right way, it can be a fruitless cycle of more shots for some. I'm hoping the peptides will fix me, we'll see by summer I guess.

Nothing pisses me off more than dumb cunts throwing weights in gym and shouting while lifting
The grunters are bad enough but it's the moaners that are like nails on the chalk board to me. I can't tell if they're lifting or busting a nut. I get it. If your lifting heavy sometimes you gotta make some noise. I'm guilty of it now and then but at least make a manly noise for christ's sake.

Yes we all make noises sometimes. I referring to ones who make it very loud. Not sure why... to get some attention?

Ha ha, don't know if I sound manly or not, but the last rep or two, esp when working heavy in my favorite exercise : squats with overhead press. The last couple reps can get loud.

Better to be loud and try hard than be like all those fat chicks who try to "tone" with light weights. :-)

I always laugh when I read the problems guys encounter at their gyms. I work out in a old warehouse with concrete floors, a lot of guys have seen pics and it has been compared to a "Russian prison camp".

However over the holiday I had to train at a YMCA in a major southern city. FML. Curls in the squat rack, guys hovering behind me, constant chatter, guys asking for a spot, guys interrupting me to tell me war stories about "what they used to lift"....girls in yoga pants trying to get noticed. People pullin out EVERY piece of equipment in the gym, scattering shit everywhere not putting it back, Crossfit! Saw a woman walking laps around the isolation machines holding a 5lb weight over her head? Saw a SEAL imposter flying the trident. Got asked to not "breathe so loud"...
God bless the man that invented yoga pants!
