What Pisses me off Page

Guys that are a month into their first cycle and are now the definitive expert in the field of AAS and performance enhancing drugs. Lil test bump got ya feelin yourself eh?

Why don't we wait until you get your first gyno flare, start shedding hair, explode in backne, slam your E2 and feel like gran-ma-ma, let your E2 jump outta range and you take on water-BP soars through the roof...before you start dishing out "advice" you have copy+pasted from bro science threads on the internet. Giving out PCT advice? Wait a min...not only have you never ran a PCT but you just started TRT??? What's your expert opinion on the guy who's dick doesn't work and is so blue he's thinking of jumping? What about the new guy who takes your advice and pops 100mg of clomid and can't see straight, he's in the corner crying his eyes out because his kids are watching the Lion King, can you help him??

I dont have anyone in particular in mind. But I see a lot of people on here who had no AAS experience earlier this year and were asking 20 questions, but now they are in every thread giving advice like theyve been at it for 20 years. :cool:
 
Going to the gym for chest day only to find someone using the bench for something other than bench press. Pissed me off, idk what the hell he was doing but it was weird and wrong lol.
I always laugh when I read the problems guys encounter at their gyms. I work out in a old warehouse with concrete floors, a lot of guys have seen pics and it has been compared to a "Russian prison camp".

However over the holiday I had to train at a YMCA in a major southern city. FML. Curls in the squat rack, guys hovering behind me, constant chatter, guys asking for a spot, guys interrupting me to tell me war stories about "what they used to lift"....girls in yoga pants trying to get noticed. People pullin out EVERY piece of equipment in the gym, scattering shit everywhere not putting it back, Crossfit! Saw a woman walking laps around the isolation machines holding a 5lb weight over her head? Saw a SEAL imposter flying the trident. Got asked to not "breathe so loud"...
 
At my gym instead of curls in the squat rack it's those TRX cable things people are always dangling from doing bodyweight exercises. Also, step aerobics on the deadlift platform is common.

A lot of comical use of bands and chains, too. Doesn't really piss me off as much as it makes me laugh though.

with a 25 on each side and then bands connected to back. leaning back terrible form using his whole body to rep out...idk maybe Im the one doing something wrong? o_O

The hammer strength high row ya. That pc of equipment I see people abusing all the time. Lesser developed backs and using twice as much weight heaving with everything they got. When will they learn? Never. I zip my mouth :)

Tennis elbow. Thank you winstrol, I guess.

Never had an issue with elbows until the past two weeks. Out of the no where, seem to have full blown tennis elbow. Just spent the last half hour writhing and groaning on my bed, after a set of flyes. Thought I might be safe with those. Not so much apparently. So that's all pressing out, no flyes, no vertical pulls, no ur rows. Seems I can do neutral DB rows at a 15rm, and side laterals. Fucking hooray. . .

Actually haven't felt pain like this since I last broke a tooth, shit's remarkably intense.

Suppose I don't have any excuse for my leg numbers now. Looks like it's a squat everyday kind of month. Will see if I can make some lemonade out of this bullshit. So, moving forward, the goal is to put a hundred lbs on my pussy ass squat, and do it while cutting hard.

Really hoping this shit will let me deadlift with it going on. Will be finding out Thursday. . .

Goddamn it. Really, really pissed. Total waste of time.
 
What fucking pisses me off.. lazy noobs!! I'm all for helping new guys. But holy shit, recently the noobs joining seem to be young & lazy. The amount of threads going up on the same topics is ridiculous. Do your research new members!!!!!

Same here, has plagued me for a long time, getting better. Been using lots of peptides, and also a roller to crush the knots in my forearms, seems to help. Still hurts, but now I can actually do hammer curls and those movements again. Maybe the Deca helps too?

what are you running exactly? you may be able to back off you AI a bit...I swear the DHT's like mast and winny have some kind interaction with aromatization and e2. If I run the same ai dose with the same test dose, once I throw winny it changes shit. I usually am really aggressive with AI dosing but I back off when they come into the mix. Ive used a lot of winny too so I know exactly what you mean, it can end a workout prematurely

Was running 50mg winny, 700tren, 500 test. Didn't start until about a week in on the winny, week 5 of the blast. I ignored it and worked through for a week, as I was expecting discomfort, and elbows were never an issue for me.

Dropped the winny three days ago. The rest of the aching stopped, but the right elbow is still out, so guessing I should have listened to my aches more. Definitely seems like I damaged something. Just hoping I can do some rehab work on them and come back strong by February. Or maybe sooner if they improve more sans winstrol.

Frustrating. But live and learn. Great strength and hardness from the winny, but the discomfort means I'll be leaving it alone for now. At least until I'm way leaner and have reason to impress.

I'll keep the AI dosing in mind for the future run though. Would like to come back and try to figure it out again. Fun compound otherwise.
