Sad day bros... sad day.. I'm eating a shit ton of carbs all day and all night and I wake up leaner? Wtf is that about? Should I start adding white rice and breads? I lost 10lbs too 244. Lean as fuck but still. I'm eating like a cow

A whole sweet potato, two scoops of true nutrition blend, a giant scoop of maltodextrin. This was before bed.

2 hours before I had a 1/2 cup of grits which is 60 grams of carbs, ham and a cup of whole milk mixed in. 2 chicken thighs and leftover pork loin

2 hours before my grits I had dinner. Pork loin, a giant football size sweet potato.

Breakfast, lunch and preworkout shake
 
Breakfast is always 8 whole eggs, 2/3 cup of oats with banana and portion of London Broil.

Lunch is Chicken breast, Sweet potato or that barilla protein pasta with sauce or brown rice with sauce

Preworkout is Maltodextrin, Five star Creatine bullshit that I got for free from a former girlfriend who stole a bunch of shit from Walgreens for me lol.. BCAA's, 3-4 grams of Arginine and 3-4 grams of Taurine.

Post workout is 2 scoops of whatever powder I feel like having.

The only difference between the white rice and the brown rice is the fiber. So, subtract the fiber from the total carbs, and you will have your net carbs. White rice is pure net carbs, if that makes sense.

Anywho, there fundamentally is no difference when you compare 50g net carbs from brown rice, to 50g white rice in terms of results. White rice is faster, and arguably a bit lower in vitamins and fiber, but, duh. If you're getting smaller, this may not be a carbohydrate related issue, it's more likely a caloric issue.

Spend a day writing down all you eat, and when. Add up the macros, yes, macros... And let's see where you're at. My gut instinct tells me we need to see some more fat in your diet.
 
I think I'm eating too clean
Don't get caught up in that BS. It's calories, not cleanliness. 1000 cals of clean food will yield a healthier body than 1000cals of garbage food. Every now and again you need a break, sure. You will learn how to dial it in. The first step is learning where you're at now, as obviously something isn't working. Let's not change a thing until we know where your current diet is, as well as your training. We can put together a good program after that.
 
Yeah my training was where I went wrong. I was always taught to push everything to failure, drop sets super sets... hate to admit I've been burnt out. Never had an exact training program just went by feel.

Actually I'm pretty certain that's where I'm going wrong becausemy sleep is all fucked.

Big breakfast every morning, 2-3 hours later another meal, every 3-4 hours I'm eating. Always adding shakes ontop of my meals with oats and peanut butter

Breakfast 8AM- 8 whole eggs, London Broil, 2/3rds cup of Oats Banana. Sometimes I add a scoop of True Nutrition into the oats.

11AM Two chicken breast, a whole sweet potato, or a cup of brown rice or pasta with home made tomato sauce

1pm Preworkout Shake Maltodextrin, creating, BCAA powder, L-Arginine and Taurine.

Workout for an hour and half.

3-3:30pm 2 scoops of protein powder, whatever carb is left over from the day before sweet potatoes, pizza, NY bakery whole grain bread sometimes a can of Kirkland tuna and I make a tuna melt. I basically raid the fridge after a workout.

5pm Dinner 2-3 servings of lean protein could be a pound of sirloin, fish, pork, chicken or ground turkey. A carb baked, sweet, rice or pasta, vegetable broccoli or spinach.

7pm an egg white carton with a vegetable, or whole milk or protein powder with 1/2-2/3rda of oats.

If I stay up to 10 I'll eat a heavy carb meal that helps me stay asleep.

Dude I seriously eat a lot. Before cycle I was a semi truck fat fuck with the nick name baby Huey on my job. And this is how I ate before I ever touched AAS.

Take a week off and see if your appetite improves
And write everything down.

I'll try that. But My appetite is there. If 6 meals isn't considered an appetite I'm dealing with shit that's on an entirely new level. I'm talking Omemprazole and Tums and a hello from my hiatal hernia from eating too much lol.
