What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

After chasing the mass the last few years I long to be in top shape like I was 3 yrs ago when I did HST training . I got dense/hard as a rock and had mad endurance . So back to HST training I go , 3 fullbody workouts/wk - 2 sets only of each exercise--one week 15 rep sets then the next week 10 rep sets then next week 5 rep sets then back to 15 reps all the while increasing weight . Brutal some days . I already did my first workout starting lite. Its just like I remember ....:confused: 177lbs (12/29/16)

Actually its 2 weeks each of 15/10/5 reps for a total of 6 weeks when finished , although you can just keep going on .....;) This will be my 3rd time completing it ...

Second post workout meal already eaten lol....

First meal was two costco made chicken salad on dave's protein bread.

This meal is 8 ounces of sirloin beef and a cup and half of sweet potato. I have been gaining steady about a pound a week but I'm feeling weak and tired most of the time. Going to let out blood this Sunday... see if that gets me going if not I just need more sleep.

Daves Killer Bread is good stuff. For two loaves. Dirt cheap. Easy way to gain weight. I've been emotionally sick the past few days due to being passed over for a job promotion. But I'm going to bounce back.
 
Way better food presentation! I just set the food down and eat! Lol My supermarket sells yams only. Costco sells the 9lb bags of sweet potatoes. From what I read there's no different between the two?

I like yams (orange flesh) but my wife likes sweet potatoes (yellow flesh)

Third meal post workout. I finally realize I need to eat the bulk of my calories pre workout because I feel like hitting heavy weights right now.

8 ounces of sirloin chop meat
8 ounces of Chicken Breast
A tomato and mozzarella salad with lots of olive oil
A pumpernickel bagel with butter lol.
Lots of water.

For the last two weeks I've been eating 2 meals Pre workout with a preworkout shake of maltodextrin/taurine/l-arginine but that's not cutting it.
