I like the Seahawks since Hasselbeck is gone. Grew up in same town as him & one of my buds lived couple houses down. Arrogant bully. Have him to thank for all my training though. Getting picked on by future NFL stars will toughen you up quick. :( Have to call my therapist now. LMAO

I never liked Hasselbeck , acquiring Coach Carroll and Russell Wilson really changed the team . Too bad Golden Tate and others didnt stick around for the Superbowl return , lol.

Just wanted to show everyone a cool trick I know to make the PERFECT omelet. Put your eggs in a ziplock along with whatever you like in your omelet. Then place the bag in boiling water for 10 mins and WA LA the perfect omelet. Very simple and easy.

Edit: I make 3 of theses at a time and it only takes about 10 mins

Yeah I feel yeah. I'm gonna cycle again in feb and I can sure use some diet advice from you boys here

Carb cycling is the shit. I mean it does its job that's for sure, even more if to csn do HIIT training Ogh
 
I'll have to look into carb cycling more, I don't know a thing about it but it I have a feeling it's going to be opposite of my Jan bulk cycle.

Carb cycling is really this. High carb days and low to zero carb days. So for myself. I did 2 highs back to back and my 3rd day I would do zero to 50 carbs max, so I would do this on my off days. Makes your muscles look "full" after that low day. Along with cardio, you will burn some fat for sure
 
Im finding it more difficult to restrict myself to 3k cals/day. Food choices have changed and portion size too. With the added cardio I should be making progress. If not ill hafta take more cals out:(
