Anyone tried these? I'm really not a fan of bars cause most of them are not healthy and fatting. Most of them have chemicals and artificial sugar too. These are AMAZING in taste and healthiness. They are 100% NATURAL. Made from egg whites, figs, nuts and what ever product you get apple, blueberry, etc.. Anyway, I have a job where I am always on call and have to drop whatever I am doing and travel. Then when I get to the job I may work 12-16 without a meal. These are my go to. Sometimes I will spread almond butter on them. :)

EDIT:: You can only get these On-line or at a lot of cross fit facilities.

Damn Oregon u werent kidding I got a ton of screen shot recipes. Now the problem is im in the crane and starving!!!!

Welcome Craneman - I used to be a mechanic at the Port of Seattle working on the cranes and container forklifts , I know that job well.

Yes you can find all kinds of new food ideas here , but the basic BB diet dictates lots of chicken or steak & rice or potatoes or eggs so thats what dominates . We also have lots of hunters so game or fish always places high here .

Share any food ideas you have , no limits ~Ogh

Well venison jerky stays in my cooler. I made a dehydrator out of an old fridge so anytime meat is on sale it works out well financially to do my own or next to free if I ever get time to go in the woods. I also like to smoke meat then pickle it as well as pickled eggs. I eat well at home but its real tough at work and the egg jerky combo runs mrs. Craneman out the bedroom at night

Pickled eggs? That's new to me. But I do love Pickled stuff.

Ogh, you used to live in Seattle? I knew you were a good man lol my home town
Im from the south we pickle everything! I take hillshire sausage and smoke it dry and cut it into bites, cut onion and baby carrots, one halved habenero and my eggs put them in the jar cracked black pepper 1 crushed wedge of garlic a pinch of course salt and a dash of sugar and fill the jar half organic apple cider vinegar half white and in 2 weeks shes ready.
