What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

My last cycle I was pinning up to 5 and a half ccs a day not including the gh lol. That was up to 4 shots a day for GH and 2 pins for the juice. For a total of 6 pins a day. Pin cushion status...lol
Oh yeah and the dbol...which apparently is the breakfast of champions from what I hear lol. It is a great oral.
 
Definitely have scar tissue. My glutes have "areas" that the only way I can describe it feel like injecting a cabbage haha. I can feel in and it's almost like I can hear it crunching through....doesn't bother me. I try to alternate as much as possible between my glutes and quads....the quads don't see nearly as much activity though because I rarely can walk after quad shots. I can't figure out why. Even 1 cc fucks me up pretty good in the quad. One time I shot 3cc's in my right quad and 2cc's in my left quad on the same day.....didn't work out so well!! I couldn't walk down stairs and just walking on level ground I looked like I was practicing for a zombie role on waking dead lol.
 
Bro my shoulders take 3cc's my quads take 3cc's... I'm blessed but I'm pushing it with short esters so I need to start hitting heavy dosages with less frequency or just come off completely for 2 months out of the year and feel like shit but keep myself from becoming a botched plastic surgery victim lol...

Btw I can track my whole quad and it's good shit... got long legs. I deal with Pip lol. Pretty soon I'm going to hit triceps and lats soon.

Nice. I mean I can handle the quads, they just get PIP way worse than my glutes. Honestly I've never shot anywhere but those spots. I do push the outer limits of my upper outer quadrants with the pinning haha. I always keep injections a good distance away from the last one. Someday I'll try other spots.

Yeah, I've tried a few massive dose cycles. Your correct in my opinion. Nowadays my cycles "look" massive. It's only because I use mostly short esters. I'll use a steady long ester test once to twice a week and the rest of the shots are mostly tren ace, test suspension and Tren suspension. Stuff like that. Most cycles are everyday injections for me. So really I have done some very BIG cycles. Most are just one to three compounds for a total of 1000-1500mgs of juice a week. So nothing crazy....most of the time lol. I only pin once a week when I cruise. I do cruise on the heavy side at 250-300mgs a week. Maybe I should put a quick disclaimer here: I (GENTLEGIANT) AM IN NO WAY CONDONING OR RECOMMENDING THE HEAVY USE OF PED'S. ANY AND ALL COMMENTS SHOULD BE TAKEN AS THE EXPERIENCES OF A SINGLE BODYBUILDER AND ARE IN NO WAY THE REPRESENTATION OF BODYBUILDING AS A WHOLE.
 
Its not like that. Do as you wish. But also every up and comer should also know taking huge amounts of hormones will not get you there quicker. As Bill Roberts suggests and i agree with, you really have to start quadrupling doses past a gram to square up. At a point you really just must be retarded if QUADRUPLING doses seems OK to someoneo_O

Yeah i guess the few crazy cycles I did were just expirimental you could say. Your very right sir. One of my absolute best and all time biggest gain cycles was on only 350mgs of test and 350mgs of deca a week....no lie, I got strong as fuck and gained a shit ton of muscle. Epic baby dose cycle with wicked gains.

You must of been off for quite some time. Either that or the test and Deca were overdosed.

@gr8whitetrukker I hear you bro. This is all directed towards me because we have had these talks already and I'm in this for the long haul. There's supposedly a top 20 IFBB over at A/B called CagedFreak and his cycle was completely discovered... basically running 7grams of gear a day. Bill Kazmaier ran close to 300mg of Anadrol a day and 2-3 grams of Test a week. Mike Mentzer is said to have ran 2 grams of Deca a week. I take it all for what it's worth and possible hearsay but maybe when I'm older I'll understand. I've spoke to a lot of old vets on here and they all say the same thing they ran grams and grams of gear in their 20's and 30's don't regret it but now they realize their diet dictates it all but then again running all that gear gave them a foundation.
 
You guys are pretty much right about the low dosages.... I seriously believe it's in the diet/training and sleep. Shit I got me a stash that will last a life time if I blast small doses lol
