What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Take a break @2Dumb2Plumb ---I just came off 110 days of cruise , felt good to come down . Nows its time to go back up ....750mg test-c for 10 weeks maybe 12 weeks. Dbol for the first 4 weeks as usual....Maintance cycle . ;)

I'm going to man. I've been dreaming about this cruise for a while now. I'm lowering the dosages of everything and I'll begin my Test Undecanoate for blood levels for that ester to build up I'll start tomorrow. Ease into this.
 
Ive taken a pretty decent amount of time off as well but now i cant wait to get back into it again. Been eating clean for 6 months and ive dropped all my bodyfat and quite a bit of muscle but i know the routine. 2 or 3 months and that muscle memory will be at full tilt and ill be back to the norm. A very lean looking norm
 
Can anyone tell me why I feel weak as fuck on tren? Like i have no energy or output? Not happy with this. I sweat all night and I'm just tired all day and hungry. Might be sleep apnea? Idk

6 weeks of cruising before starting that blast would have made a world of difference in how you felt. Would have made continued progress during that period too. I suggest trying a drug like Sustanon for cruising if you enjoy the feeling of high test. The peaks of the short esters are great for this purpose and the long ester will keep your total test WNL for the week (assuming a once a week pin schedule, which is more than sufficient despite what people who get to damn obsessive over esters say). The goal is to give your body a break from high TT and let health markers normalize after all, no need to get crazy with it, keep it simple.

One shot of Sustanon a week is my cruise protocol and I always break PR's and make noticeable physique improvements on cruises.

This blast I realized I should of came down from my first cycle and let things level out. Your right I probably could of made better gains if I slowed down and allowed myself some rest in between. All my lifts when up 100lbs...I went from 225lb to 260lb and 3-4 inches off my waist in 8 months. That's tough. I got days I can barely breathe and days I walk around heavy and if I miss a carb meal or I don't have my water jug I'll slowly die out.

Hopefully that one shot of sust or Undecanoate that I have on hand keeps me Anabolic. I'm going to lean out totally and maybe cut down as much as I can and hopefully continue making gains. My diet is spot clean. Just my sleep is shot to shit.

The idea of a cruise is to come off everything but what mimmicks your NATURAL hormone. That can be only one thing. Testosterone only.

I used to have fears of losing gains when i came off. Thats why i cycled so aggressively early on. Then i realized it was just a crutch for alot of things and a call for better programming in the gym. I took care of my holes with the help of folks here. I have a more well rounded game because of it. Now i see for the first 3 weeks of a cycle i quickly cover the previous cycles gains in their entirety. The new gains are after this period. Nothing really lost. And im a better man for not letting the drugs control me :)

Muscle memory is absolutely real

@gr8whitetrukker the cakes were actually delicious. Organic and hemp based as well. As long as you limit each cake to 1/4cup of batter it'll cook evenly and well. I cooked one too thick with bananas in it and it was difficult to get it consistent throughout. All in all the best mix I've had. Regular price $8.59CAD/bag. I'm going to see if I can buy this in bulk!
Is Mongolian beef without the noodles I go to an all-you-can-eat Mongolian and only eat the beef
 
Eating 6-8 times a day every 2 hrs.
3 mid day meals of:
1/2 cup brown rice or Quiona
2oz chicken or turkey breast
1/3 cup pinto or garbanzo beans
1/3 cup broccoli
3 tbs salsa

Protein shake of micellular casin 1st think in the mornings and post work out

cabbage and chicken salad for dinner
2 hard boiled eggs before bed with 2 cups red grapes before bed
Really helped me to lean out it's been 3 weeks so far
