Post workout meal. A lot of grilled beef loin steak and hand cut sweet potato fries I baked in the oven. Starved!

I'm feeing better today. Idk some days I get my doubts and other days I'm flying. Also helps The doc gave me a booster shot pre workout (tren suspension) threw up 215 on the barbell seated shoulder press and did 5 sets of 90lb dumbbells for a cap off... with an arm pump workout
 
The idea of a cruise is to come off everything but what mimmicks your NATURAL hormone. That can be only one thing. testosterone only.

Exactly, which is why I feel Sustanon is the perfect drug for getting that 'enhanced' cruise feeling without EVER having to run anything other than Test on a cruise or even go above normal limits of TT on said cruise. I attribute the benefits of this drug to the spikes of the short esters contained within, and the long test esters will keep you within normal limits for the rest of the week as the short ones die down.

It's a drug that was designed for TRT after all and it works beautifully for this purpose. People shit on Sustanon because they see the mixture of short esters and immediately assume they need an absurd pinning schedule to keep everything steady. Not necessary at all imo.

Hell you could give guys 1CC of Sust a week for their first blast and they will probably make fantastic results.

A lot of guys back then did 1cc of sustanon a week and blew up. I think I'm going to go this route and buy a few vials of sustanon to cruise on 1ml a week. I like your logic man. Matter of fact I seriously enjoy everything you write. It's without prejudice and informative. Thanks again for the idea and the advice.

Also @gr8whitetrukker, thanks for being honest and telling me about your blast as well. Honesty is important to me and I try my best to be as honest with my usage as possible. Just a few more weeks to cap this blast off. Will be getting blood work done and I'll be injecting once a week (Happy about that)

Man.... do yourself a favor and throw all that shit to the curb. Don't look at YouTube fitness gurus or Instagram fitness models.. those people are shooting Slin/GH and taking Metformin for carb partitioning and minimal fat absorption, You're better off eating a balanced meal of carbs/protein and enough fat for soluble nutrients to be absorbed other than that your impeding your growth and digestion by eating that much fat. Believe me I've been there. It leads to heart burn/ pre diabetes and unwanted fat gain.

Oh no it was sarcasm... I have the cute three compartment tupper wares and grilled/baked chicken breast, sweet potatoe and sautéed broccoli and mushrooms 4 times a day

I admit I may have a bit too much sodium by drenching the chicken in franks hot sauce but it isn't enough to hinder my fat loss. I'm hovering around 18-20%bf now so once I get down to 15 I usually up the days a smidge and down the carbs to around 75-100 a day
