What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Oh no it was sarcasm... I have the cute three compartment tupper wares and grilled/baked chicken breast, sweet potatoe and sautéed broccoli and mushrooms 4 times a day

Good shit. Yeah today I meal prep my food and get it all contained just to eat. Usually prep enough for 2 weeks. I freeze the later week. Works best for me. I mix it up. Steak/chicken/ground turkey, roast loin of pork. Shit like that.

I tried a hit at some extra lean ground beef and rice with spices to make a Cajun dirty rice but was super dry and I couldn't handle it

Rice is easy man. Get the brown rice add a bit more water and it's comes out moist. Then make a small jar of sodium free tomato sauce or just a can of crushed tomatos and you solved your dry rice problem.

Also stay away from spices. Not talking bland but anything over and beyond will dehydrate you. Always add small batches of tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes it helps with ground beef and rice. White rice is great too for packing on mass but I won't break out the big ammon until my next blast.

Try making roasted potatoes cubed whether sweet or white. Or full sweet potatoes with cinnamon. I eat instant grits, instant oats and Daves bread.

Even when I'm out of meal prepped food I always have a full meal ready some where. I never go out to eat unless I'm dating or wth a friend. Also I learned to view food as a Mass Builder not something I enjoy. Very rarely do I enjoy food now.

I'm the same way. I've officially came to realize eating is a must not a joy so I don't search for food since I'm actually not very hungry. I force feed myself at specific times and know I'm doing good since as off the start of my natty cut 2 Fridays ago I'm down 6 pounds of clean fat and still strong

If and when you do start gear... that whole "not hungry thing" will go away but kudos for stayed my natty that long.

Pretty easy when most sources fail on their end:( just gotta keep a eye out on here. So far I've retained a shit ton of info and what to do and what not to do some in happy enough. Besides I lose weight easily if I eat right

Nothing wrong with natural. When you get on youll realize its not what you think it is.

True but even after this cut when I bulk back up even being very cautious with macros and cals I can break past 205 and maintain under 10%bf. This cut in setting up to only do another 14 weeks and Aining for single digit even if only 9% then going to hopefully have a source and have a cycle set aside for a decent beginners 500mg 12 week cycle

1st one is and will always be your most fruitful cycle. Enjoy it. You only get 1 of those

If all goes well and I'm happy I may only do one. But I'm sure at some point all you good fellows have thought that?

Lol no... no. You think what you can add next or up the dose. One cycle won't produce what you want. You'll notice a big change. If I were you would do 600mg of Test E or Cyp. Always account for the gear being slightly underdosed or you get lucky and the gear is way overdosed either way it's all good. And the reason your first cycle is so good is because you really take the time to dedicate to it. You may or you may not get Test flu The first 2-3 weeks. I did, I also got terrible pip from pinning that left me limping but I stuck it out and now I'm a pin head lol. Also my advice stick with injectables. You get way more out of them. Orals gives a false sense of gains. Anavar treated me very well with extra fat loss and when you get advanced you can start messing with base compounds too. A whole big world of AAS awaits ya.....
