I admit I may have a bit too much sodium by drenching the chicken in franks hot sauce but it isn't enough to hinder my fat loss. I'm hovering around 18-20%bf now so once I get down to 15 I usually up the days a smidge and down the carbs to around 75-100 a dayOh no it was sarcasm... I have the cute three compartment tupper wares and grilled/baked chicken breast, sweet potatoe and sautéed broccoli and mushrooms 4 times a day
