What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Also consider ground turkey. Same protein and cal breakdown. Better taste
I buy the Jennie O from sams. Goes about 2.40/lb. Almost as cheap as chicken. I can fry up 1 container(2.5lb) in my skillet. Fries like ground hamburger. I add paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic salt, black pepper and salt. I make it in large quantities then just measure and weigh it out as the week goes along. It is my staple. Give it a try

This is the kind of advice this forum should be offering most of the time, because I see TOO many people in the gym who take gear, yet do not look any better than a natty, don't get the gains or size they have their goals set to, and 99% of the time it's because they don't know how to eat.

Everybody knows Chicken breast brown rice and brocolli gets old. You need variation; smart variation. This is a smart meal plan, and I bet it tastes damn good! I'm going to try this. Thanks!

Just add the cayenne pepper to taste. The spice really makes you forget your eating healthy. I usually put it over rice or some times with peppers or zucchini or whatever really

I agree with you completely! Not saying my shot don't stank but I personally know people who are on 2-3 cycle that I still out lift and have more size. Then again there gear could be underdosed

Another chicken recipe i like is chopped chicken
Put your chicken tits in the crock pot. Buy McCormick brand barbecue chicken packets. Follow instructions on packet to make the sauce. Poor over chicken in crockpot. Cook 8hrs on LOW.

When finished take 2 forks and shred it up with the sauce.
BOOM shredded chicken. No bland chicken eaters here!

What do you guys do when baking chicken to keep it from tasting kinda dry.like flakey. I'm cutting so of course chicken is a huge source from protein with minimal fat so I'm eating my last meal prepped meal and the chicken is just so freaking dry!

I assume your baking breasts, try thighs , i think they are way better baked.
Edit: trukk beat me to it [emoji4]

I do the ground turkey as meatballs to switch is up with some whole grain pasta. If you add enough onions to the meat ball with a small amount of Ezekiel bread crumbs, garlic and egg it keeps them from drying out.
Not the meatballs my Nona made growing up but it's better than chicken and brown rice all the time and it tastes pretty damn good.

View attachment 63584 no more deadlifts for me or squats
FYI Nolimit, 2 years ago I went through the same thing, disc ended up exploding and couldn't feel my legs or take a piss for 48 hours.I had emergency surgery and was laid up for 6 months afterwards. Back is prime and doing squats and deads again. Sucks to go through it but Doc said if I I didn't do the surgery when I did I would have had permanent nerve damage.

What do you all think about surgery.

Sorry to hijack the thread but I feel like this is where my family is at.

Anything goes here @Nolimitbody (and it has....) We can talk about chicken breasts and other things like lifting injuries at the same time here , correct ;) lol. Get second opinions about surgery from another doctor (always get at least 2 unbiased opinions from different doctors )

Sure has been alot of injuries here lately . Hate that , you guys eat up and rest up....;)
