What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Stop takin the oxys, get some Imodium, Gatorade, take 3 days lying on couch wishing you were going to die, take Xanax to sleep,3 of the worst days in your life. then your ok if you stay away. I used to relapse every month. Not anymore. Just stop, ibuprofen is fine for most.
Read my post smh. It takes a hell of a lot longer then 3 days to feel better from withdrawal. If withdrawals were as easy to get over as you say there would not be so many drug addicts.

I'm not sure that injections will do anything for me at this point my spine is fusing together and I guess is crushing the nerve in between. So the only way to go is surgery

The injections are definitely worth a try. Relieving the pain from pressure on the nerves is exactly what the injections are meant to do. They inject with guidance from imaging directly into the area with the nerve compression. It may buy you some time before surgery. I'm sure at some point surgery will be mandatory because I'm in the same boat as you. It's best to hold off on it as long as possible though.

Yeah definitely that's true. The only reason why I'm skeptical about the injection is after my wife gave birth she keeps complaining of back pain from the epidural

Yes, epidurals do come with risks but nowhere near the level of a surgery. Just find someone that speacilizes in epidurals and has many yeas of experience.

Fuck this sucks never thought I would be in this situation. I just freaking sneezed and damn near passed out from the pain. I don't wish this upon anybody

I have 4 cervical, 3 lumbar, and 1 thoracic disc herniations. I get the exact same thing when sneezing. Just make sure you keep your head straight and upright then tense your back and traps. That way everything is supported and it is not bad like that. That shit is fucked up though when you get caught of guard sneezing because you can actually cause more damage if you are not careful. Doing neck rolls, shoulder and thoracic stretches help a lot with cervical herniation pain. If you have insurance get a tens therapy unit like the ones in physical therapy offices. They help a lot and I think they tone muscles
