What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I have 4 cervical, 3 lumbar, and 1 thoracic disc herniations. I get the exact same thing when sneezing. Just make sure you keep your head straight and upright then tense your back and traps. That way everything is supported and it is not bad like that. That shit is fucked up though when you get caught of guard sneezing because you can actually cause more damage if you are not careful. Doing neck rolls, shoulder and thoracic stretches help a lot with cervical herniation pain. If you have insurance get a tens therapy unit like the ones in physical therapy offices. They help a lot and I think they tone muscles

Damn brother!!!!! It hurts just imagining what you must be going through. I really respect the time you have taken to help this brother out by telling him to get off the pain meds. I was a junky for 3 years and in that time i met many others that ended up in the same boat as me and they all had one thing in common, pain meds. They almost all had back pain of some kind and after years of pills they made the leap to heroin because the pills didnt work anymore. Shit if i couldnt score i would take 10 vicadin and they barely gave me any relief. And kicking opiates is a pain i dont wish on anybody.
Anyway , i hope you try the injections and get off those pills @Nolimitbody, opiate addiction is pure hell.
And once the pills take control of you, earning a living for your family will no longer be an option.

Yeah, I was fucked up for about 3 years myself. My doctor had me up to 240mg/day of oxy. Luckily I decided to get clean on my own before I ended up on the dark side. People that have not experienced withdrawal at that level could never understand how difficult that shit is. Going cold turkey from 240mg/day of oxy's was by far the toughest thing I've ever had to do mentally. You are 100% correct in that people that do not get off pain meds just end up going to heroin. I have also seen this happen to multiple people. Pain meds are definitely a dead end road.

Why not.... carbs on the go with relatively low calorie count--- minus the sodium of course-- I've had some of my best workouts/pumps out of them :)

Its nothing on you @G2Ready . Its my own personal vendetta against the can green peas ....goes back to childhood and a demented babysitter that force fed me cold canned green peas , even after I heaved . That shit stays with you sometimes...:p

I used to love the oxy's too when they kicked in but after a while they don't do shit. You just need them so you don't get sick at that point. That is a fucked up way to live. Trust me
Take it from people who have had to kick that shit, JustFish is right. After my surgery I was on oxys, before I knew it I was eating them like tic tacos. Had to go to rehab for a month to kick. Trust me it's no fun. Cold sweats, body cramps, feels like you have a never ending flu. Towards the end I was eating 4 times my script just to keep even. Shit feels great at first, like floating on a cloud of titties. But when you stop taking them everything fucking hurts, not just the injury.
