Total cheat meal. O well I only get one a year lol. Captian D's 12 butterfly shrimp, mac n cheese, baked potato, roll, mini chocolate cake an to seal the deal rootbeer soda! Looks like my next date will be with the treadmill. Were going to make it official an start going steady after this one lol. It was so worth it!!
 
Beside food and weights what pushed you up this high? Last time I looked you were a buck sixty and lookin mean.

In case you havent been in the Underground , I have been running/testing Gearlines pharma amps . 500test/400deca . It really puts the weight (water) on a person . I will probably deflate some after I start cutting ....

Well that seems to be a pretty good sign right their. How are you doing with your cycle. Can you feel a definant an distinct change. Just curious bro since your obviously noticing sides!

Theres no doubt I have blown up , it came fast but I tryed to keep it to 3+ lbs/wk .
My strength is really up as well as my BP. Im right at the beginning of the "sweet spot" 6 wks in and 2 to go.....maybe 4 ;)
 
I'm with ya. Looking good ogh. I mean I'm 5'9 and 170 after last cycle probably 15% bf. And I'm here looking at ogs abs like... why not me! :mad:

Just keep at it Beanz , you got a good build , you'll get it if you stay at it. Dont forget Im 54 and Ive been bodybuilding on/off since I was 17 . But I didnt get serious(steroids) until I was 49.
 
Thanks man. Yeah, I just started getting serious about training and diet last may. So i should stop bitching lol just impatient!

It took me a long time to get where Ive come . I left high school 5'5" @135lbs with 13" biceps and a 38" chest . (18 yrs) skinny

10 yrs ago I was 242lbs w/ 48" waist (44 yrs) fat

Today Im 5'5" 202lbs w/ 18" biceps and a 48" chest . (54 yrs) bodybuilder
