Same ole breakfast here , 12oz cottage cheese / banana + coffee . I'll be getting back on the egg train starting New Years . Back to eggs/ham/rice every morning . Im gonna miss bulking ....:(
 
1/2 cup egg whites and whole wheat toast for this guy every morning, now that I have the hookup at Costco :)
 
This morning consisted of a medium papa johns cheese pizza."wondering wht I.cant shit" anyways midmorning 8 tamales, for lunch protein shake(100g protein, carbs?, 1200 calories)next meal ground beef chalupas, I will.eat 2 pb sandwiches.n a yogurt before I train. N a another shake with steak after training. Rt. Now I dont care about eating clean I want to get to 280.

** Left over supreme pizza, 10 Oz. cottage cheese with mandarin oranges, 60 gram chocolate protein shake with 6 ounces of coffee in it. And a HUGE bowl of Cap'n fucking Crunch with my little girl. Now im grubbing down some home made elk jerky. Got 10 lbs of it from my lil bro for Christmas bless his heart.

gained 10 lbs on last cycle, kept maybe 3 of it as of now but, I feel just as strong in thr gym, I look way better even though weight is Down.
