What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Breakfast before hitting the gym. 3 egg whites and 2 whole eggs with some cheddar , topped with salsa. Organic beef sausage and a bowl of strawberries and blueberries topped with peach yogurt. Pretty much my stock B - fast. Protien is about the only thing that varies. IMG_0664.JPG
 
10 pounds grilled chicken thigh with Applewood smoke. I leave the skin on while I grill it for flavor but take the skin off before eating of course.

I can't wait to hit my grill again man. I switched to propane though. In this lifestyle I need things done fast and efficiently. I use to burn coal and it was the best taste ever but for my goals I need massive amounts of meat cooked within minutes lol

Do I see wood chips? Damn. That must of been some good eating
