What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

My goal is to have @gr8whitetrukker tell me I look "juicy as fuck" instead of the saying I look like the White Toxic Avenger. Lmfao

GOALS:

I'm 6'-2" tall and right about 212lbs right now. Would love to get up around 225 by Fall time. I was at 221 when pops passed, went down to a meek 206.
Pshhh...so whats the problem?

Man beast Diet for losing and cruising.

6-8 egg cheese omelet. 1/2 cup of oats
8 oz of meat, half cup sweet potato
Post workout 2-3 scoops of whey
Dinner is grilled meat, grilled veggies and a salad
Night time is a 6 egg cheese omelet/ cottage cheese or 12 ounces of milk.

With this diet I shed like crazy and if I add carb up days well..... this shit is going to be good.

I'm going to tweak this every week so i don't lose muscle but I'm confident I won't.

Looks good to me @2Dumb2Plumb ! :) I use basically the same diet from time to time.
