What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

@Oregongearhead I also find my body will adjust to this diet 4-6 weeks in so that's when I'm allowed 2 days of heavy carbs to replace glycogen and in hopes that those excess carbs throws my body off and makes me even leaner. People think you can have one carb up day a week... not true. And that carb day shouldn't occur until the very low carb diet is maintained. That's where the discipline comes in. But I don't need much discipline when I see the changes in the mirror every day/week/month.

Now my biggest pet peeve is I saw really good prices Dockers and Board shorts at Costco and For once in my life I don't want to wear a belt with shorts so I'm not sure if a 36 or a 38 will be good. I'll have to see where this diet takes me this time around.

Last summer I was a size 34 and my shorts looked retarded on me.
