If you want I'll gladly send you his first biography. I mean his first ever biography where he talks about his childhood and everything. Yes your right but don't idolize a guy that lived a life paved for this. Talking about a guy that worked out 8-12 hours a day in the Austrian Army. Talking about a guy who moved to Munich and ate 2-6 course meals a day between training clients and managing a gym. He had mass and kept the mass due to constant AAS usage. If you saw him off.... he was competely different guy. He's a great responder to AAS. But there's no such thing as Genetics. Yeah muscle bellies play a huge role in size.
So many factors to this. He became what he became when he moved to LA... the weather, Joe Weider paying for him, stress free living bro. That California sun is the best thing for anyone regardless of AAS usage or not. I'm in NYC right now and it's pitch black at 1PM.... that's healthy?
Living the Venice beach lifestyle, a tan, A lot of gear, Food and a shit ton of sex made Arnie who he was. Even breathing in sea water energizes me. Working out twice a day and all of that is ideal but we don't know off hand what they had to utilize.
