What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

So I had a lot of shit come up that made getting to the gym near impossible. Was making the plunge to pling but i wasn't consistent enough in any regards. My wife and recently moved and the gym we signed up for has a lot of local bodybuilder competitors. We were approached by a couple and now they're pushing us to get into competiting. Ive got some work to do on my upper chest and lats.
Onto the topic this has really pushed me to focus on my diet.
I'm already getting sick of eggs but i try and im getting in some cream of wheat with protein powder, sometimes peanut butter sometimes honey too haha. The rest of the day is usually half a cup of rice or potatoes and 6-8 of meat. I'm switching it between chicken, turkey, fish, and lean beef. I throw in some veggies on 3 of the five meals either broccoli or brussel sprouts. I'm trying to build right now so ive been allowing 2 cheat meals a week which is either pizza or jack n the box. ..
I'm hoping checking in on here still force me to continue to stay consistent

I've always liked the yoke the best and I've been trying to do egg whites so it makes matters even worse... I'm about to just go back to full eggs...
Have you ever tried muscle egg? Little pricey wondering what the difference is between that and just drinking egg whites in a shake. ..

Muscle egg is fucking bomb. I use it to make French toast with rye bread. Very tasty flavors I might add and good by itself. Expensive indeed though

I definitely go ahead and throw in the whole eggs how do three hold eggs and then I'll throw in half a carton of egg whites. A little catch-up goes a long way just have to pick up the car do little bit more is all but don't want to go nuts with eating the same ol same ol
 
I don't really see that there's a difference between that and regular egg whites honestly but I got sick of eggs a long time ago too and it's a nice alternative lol
