Been mostly absent from this thread being busy with work and gym, but been really strict with diet lately and it's paying off big time.


A high grain diet seems to work for you @Perrin Aybara , Ive been trying to add a extra bowl of cereal or oatmeal to my diet , too much meat protein sometimes . Plus more unsalted nuts and raw seeds .

I've been going pretty high fat lately, as high as 275g a day with carbs at 500g and under. I feel much better than when I had carbs at 800+ walking around bloated all the time. I'm getting most of my carbs from bread and oatmeal now with a little pasta.

Look at it this way Ogh those 2 fast food joints.Saved you from hours of extra cardio and unwanted fat! Especially after burning a phat Bat! Lol

I still enjoy a couple fast food days every week , not the worse danger in my life . Especially the Egg white Delights from McD"s . I eat 3 of them some mornings :D
 
My favorite add on is non-fat greek yogurt. It's super concentrated compared to regular yogurt and the perfect balance of protein and carbs. I always keep grilled chicken breast in the fridge. I cube a breast or two and layer it with the Greek yogurt. Excellent burst of mixed proteins, very low fat and just a few carbs. Plus it moisturizes the grilled meat that makes it very palatable.
