Been mostly absent from this thread being busy with work and gym, but been really strict with diet lately and it's paying off big time.
A high grain diet seems to work for you @Perrin Aybara , Ive been trying to add a extra bowl of cereal or oatmeal to my diet , too much meat protein sometimes . Plus more unsalted nuts and raw seeds .
