What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Brekkie for lunch today. Omelette with 6 whole eggs, 1 whole jalapeño, 1/4 cup green onions, 1/4-1/2 bell pepper (I keep chopped veggies in a bag so this is guesstimated) 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 2 slices of kraft singles. Also one of the brofessors brotein shakes with 2/3 cup of oats, 1 whole banana, 3 tbs peanut butter and 2/3 cups fat free milk

EDIT: also a scoop of forza pro in the shake
