What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

He might have. I was just talking shit because 20k calories would be impossible for me. It does, however, sound fun to attempt. I'm just suffering from calorie envy because i'm trying to lose a little bit of the protective layer around my abs.

I did the 10k calorie challenge last year with a group of Meso guys... It was fun but a lot harder than I thought it would be. I should have planned it better though... I could have done the I've cream thing and been almost done.

I can't imagine eating "clean" and consuming 20k. It's hard enough for me to consume 4K "clean" cals. I love ice cream so i'm sure I could eat 10 DQ peanut butter cup blizzards with extra pb cup.

I didn't eat clean for it lol... It wasn't really too bad until like 8k cal, I started showing down then.

@mands does refeed days @ 10k cal. I think it's somewhat clean too if I'm not mistaken.

Yes he does , cal/carb-up days I think . I try to eat a reasonable balanced diet but I still eat too many bad carbs/fats . The wife said we need to get the Oster "beehive blender" out and start making smoothies again . I said OK , right after this bulk ;)

I did 13k cals and cut it short with 4 hrs left in the day during that comp

Didn't you start at like midnight with eggs and hash? It was a good idea, I was gonna do the same but decided I wanted to sleep lol.

I kind of just winged it, I could have done more too I think if I had planned it... I did end up over 10k I think but not by much.

Damn their good . It might make it to Sunday night but it might not . Taco's are a great alternative to hamburgers , I usually dont put in fillers just lots of meat (1/8lb) and shell , maybe 1/2 slice of cheese or blue cheese dressing , lightly .
