Any know.? I never break out In acne for years I have ok a little here and there but last month it got bad just tren and test. Not much changes maybe my diet a little. My apologies for putting this on the foodie thread

You are a beast my friend!!!Well I just couldn't stay away lol. I recently got the itch to maybe cycle one more time I'm still running test at trt levels 125mg a week and some mast e at 200mg a week for the past 6 or 7 weeks just to gauge my feelings on it.
Starting to train my stomach again:
One whole roaster chicken a day = 150g protein.
Half quart of All Whites pasteurized egg whites a day (2 cups)= 50g protein
2 large tbsp of natural peanut butter a day= 20 to 30g protein
Two scoops weigh protein every morning with my cup of egg whites= 50mg protein
And 2 cans of sardines at any point during the day= 45g of protein.
There you have it! 300+grams of protein for around $10 to $14 a day and you could even throw a protein bar I'm every once in a while. I'm filling my carbs with oats, rice, apples and one or two bananas a day.
It's really not all that filling. I can eat a whole roaster in about 15 minutes flat and it's even easier if I break it down to .5 at punch and .5 after the gym. The rest is a cake walk. Hell of a lot easier than some of the combinations I used to eat in the past to try and reach those numbersYou are a beast my friend!!!
