What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Well I just couldn't stay away lol. I recently got the itch to maybe cycle one more time :) I'm still running test at trt levels 125mg a week and some mast e at 200mg a week for the past 6 or 7 weeks just to gauge my feelings on it.

Starting to train my stomach again:

One whole roaster chicken a day = 150g protein.

Half quart of All Whites pasteurized egg whites a day (2 cups)= 50g protein

2 large tbsp of natural peanut butter a day= 20 to 30g protein

Two scoops weigh protein every morning with my cup of egg whites= 50mg protein

And 2 cans of sardines at any point during the day= 45g of protein.

There you have it! 300+grams of protein for around $10 to $14 a day and you could even throw a protein bar I'm every once in a while. I'm filling my carbs with oats, rice, apples and one or two bananas a day.

Im doing basically the same diet , even picked up a Nu-Wave convection oven for roasting them chickens just like store bought rotisserie chicken .
I like Beachcliff sardines in oil ;)
 
Brother...i cannot explain how unbelievable that burger was
I mean really

It basically took all i know about good burgers(5guys, in and out etc etc)
Smashed them all together and beheaded them. Like the highlander.
There can be only one:D
And i found it. Oh yes...i found it

I know , Its a beautiful thing when it happens...:oops: The perfect burger .
 
We have a pretty good burger joint in town now. Ate there yesterday after my WO. double decker with chedder , lettuce, tomato and lots of extra sauce. Dont know what the sauce is but its great. Kinda pricey but worth every penny, especially when you eat meal preps all week. IMG_0724.JPG
