What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

@Oregongearhead . have an issue maybe you can help me out. Or feedback from any of you guys. I can't get to the gym till 9pm. Schedule changed. I just got home from gym. Should I still be eating a normal dinner? Had my scoop of whey but really don't want to be going to bed with my stomach full. Any ideas for meals this late? Or does it not matter at all? Thanks.


How does your stomach do with late night eating ? Sleep suffer ? I use to work a late swing-shift (4-12) and I ate at 1pm then went to bed . I got away with it when I was younger I dont know about trying that now...Goodluck !

Being 40 now and trying to lose weight I really don't think I'd do well with carbs that late at night. Also red meat really rips my stomach up if I go right to bed. I guess its going to have to be canned tuna and chicken for awhile. I really need to get down to 230-235. I think carbs at that hour will fuk me. Is just consuming protein post workout adequate? Is it something you would try? Thanks again.

I would just eat hi-protein meals that late . You dont need carbs that late and you dont have to have carbs post workout either . Save the carbs for early in the day . JMO .
 
I work a swing shift too, and i have a hard time sleeping lately for some reason, so I'm thinking about cutting the carbs out past 5 pm and then going for a 3 mile run or so when I get home


Try it and see if it works for you . Some folks sleep great after a run , some dont .
I get insomnia just off test-cycles . Dont need no tren or deca for insomnia .
