I overheard a convo in the Thai restaurant I was in last night about a Korean BBQ place I don't know if it's the same thing. I think I'll try it. She has me trying new stuff. Although the portions are small. I think that's just a hipster thing. Looks good though.

Dated a korean girl, man can they cook. She even had a small fridge on porch for keeping Kimchi. If you ever had it, tastes great, smells pretty foul

Those are pretty good numbers on the squats

Been off cycle over a month so the numbers I use to put up last year on-cycle are now the same off-cycle . My ultimate goal is 400x5x5 but Im not there yet at least not off-cycle . Got some A-bombs and plenty of Sustanon so we"ll see next cycle .
