What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

@Ickyrica it ain't worth it...

@Oldschool what I said was inexcusable. In this day and age yeah You have a lot to worry about when it comes to daughters etc etc. But I didn't mention ONE THING of the R Word.... so Idk how you correlate the R word to me trying to make you pissed off. If you take that seriously Idk why you would but I know why you did. The moment I got banned I wasn't mad.... I was actually laughing.

But it doesn't change the fact you're able to screenshot my PM's without asking me.

Btw I don't block people. I'm 24 years old.... if you guys have to block people that's childish shit..... me and my ex fiancé are on FB together. Saw her go through 5 guys with the kissing pics and the xxxxxxooooooxxxxooo. All good.

High road? Yeah I do take the high road... a zip of weed and NYU girls living in dorms smoked my shit LOL... all good though.

Oh btw Before I was banned I was one of the biggest FOOD Pic contributors here @Ickyrica not sure if it was you eating garbage like giant cheese fries macaroni concoctions and writing paragraphs about No job, stress etc etc but who am I to judge?

Ribs aren't too hard... Long as you don't overdo it on the salt they are pretty forgiving and don't take forever and a day.

Having a cookout this weekend... Going to do a whole pork shoulder. They are pretty forgiving too, but they take fucking forever. So I'm hoping everything goes to plan... Or Eman is going to have to make grilled cheese for everyone. :)
Your the man for the job
Im a basic retard on a grill. I know just enough to not completely fuck everything up. Good enough to get it down and sacrifice for the cause.
As much as i like charcoal and ive come a LONG ways with charcoal. They suck for cooking steaks. A propane would be better for that i think

Last week i scored a home run on my country ribs El Pastor(boneless)
They were damn good and at $2/lb, affordable too!

Grills are the easiest platforms to cook on.

Propane is temperature controlled.

Charcoal is controlled through indirect heating through stacking the coal and burning it directly across from the meat. For the first 1-2 minutes I directly flame it for crusty outside and then for the remainder I'll let it sit on the opposite side of the coal.

Funny 4th of July I ran out of propane... had to go Primal with charcoal and I forgot how much better it taste but the amount of heating time and Prep doesn't come close to a propane grill.

Charcoal is great for everything! It can be a little tougher to cook steaks with though... Secret is to stack the coals to one side and sear the meat then move them over to cook the rest of the way from indirect heat.

I'll save some pork for you. :)

Last night's dinner was Korean style beef bulgogi (marinated thin ribeyes with ponzu, garlic, soy, chiles etc.) w/ grilled zucchini over jasmine rice. Simple post workout meal.

I overheard a convo in the Thai restaurant I was in last night about a Korean BBQ place I don't know if it's the same thing. I think I'll try it. She has me trying new stuff. Although the portions are small. I think that's just a hipster thing. Looks good though.
