Your the man for the jobRibs aren't too hard... Long as you don't overdo it on the salt they are pretty forgiving and don't take forever and a day.
Having a cookout this weekend... Going to do a whole pork shoulder. They are pretty forgiving too, but they take fucking forever. So I'm hoping everything goes to plan... Or Eman is going to have to make grilled cheese for everyone.
Your the man for the job
Im a basic retard on a grill. I know just enough to not completely fuck everything up. Good enough to get it down and sacrifice for the cause.
As much as i like charcoal and ive come a LONG ways with charcoal. They suck for cooking steaks. A propane would be better for that i think
Last week i scored a home run on my country ribs El Pastor(boneless)
They were damn good and at $2/lb, affordable too!
Thanks for letting me in on the man code of cooking steaksCharcoal is great for everything! It can be a little tougher to cook steaks with though... Secret is to stack the coals to one side and sear the meat then move them over to cook the rest of the way from indirect heat.
I'll save some pork for you.
Thanks for letting me in on the man code of cooking steaks
Ill put my apron and eyeliner back on now
Jus gotta shave dem legs and get a tan then i can call myself a TRUE bodybuilder 8]You can do your nails AFTER you move the steaks off the direct heat.
Lee press on nails do not last when grilling. Do not ask how I know this....You can do your nails AFTER you move the steaks off the direct heat.
Stellar as alwaysLast night's dinner was Korean style beef bulgogi (marinated thin ribeyes with ponzu, garlic, soy, chiles etc.) w/ grilled zucchini over jasmine rice. Simple post workout meal.
