Helped a friend with an ac issue at there restaurant, was rewarded with this and lunch for the kids, homegrown heirloom tomatoes, with beef, tofu, and basil. Was pretty damn tasty!

Oh and this is a paleo quiche I made the other day. Shredded sweet potato "pie crust" filled with bacon, tomatoes, eggs, and spinach! The crust was amazing!

I've been in scumbag mode since I snapped my arm. I've been letting my wife make all the food or I've been getting takeout stuff like a sub or salad or something. This is the first thing I've made by myself since it happened. Easy af to make it, I know. It's good to get back to something familiar. No more supermarket breakfast sandwiches lol.
