What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

No pic but I had 6 oz of steak tips, 6 oz of ground turkey, 1/2 cup assorted beans and shredded cheese. Followed it up with 3 bowls of cereal with whole milk.

Introducing milk back into my diet, see how that goes o_O
