What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Yep. Got quite lean over the past summer with diet and exercise only. Went from a winter weight in the 220’s down to 205. Even stopped drinking beer. (Gasp)Started feeling to lean. Gonna fluff up a bit. Test and EQ Slow and steady.

Good for you , better to go into your cycle with less fat . Just better results all around and less sides.

From (4 years) of observing all of the meals eaten here I think the guys that pre-prep all their meals seem to stay the leanest and the longest. I know I do when I get stricter and plan all my meals . Its the consistency of exact calories that seems to do it .

i would have to agree with that, there are a few freaks that eat anything and still look diced lol

im not the leanest i will admit that but alot of my meal prep is done due to the hours i work. if i get a free few hours i just utilise it for meal prepping. makes me feel domesticated

The holidays side-track alot of us . Im still trying to get back in "my groove" . lol . Its a mind thing....:rolleyes:
