LOL brother not trying to be fancy. These fuckers here are lucky to get 20 or 30 grams of protein in a day, I'm not even joking. I've been eating Seafood up my ass trying to get in at least a hundred grams of protein a day while I'm here. I'm not on cycle so I hope I don't atrophy too much.

Tonight's dinner was a solid hundred grams of protein. Raw oysters and cooked fish. I was so full on the fish I could barely finish, a solid day.

Dude, that is a mantis shrimp in the bottom pic. One of the most ferocious marine animals known.
How did it taste?
We used to catch lots of them when I worked on a boat; and everybody avoided them. It was just folklore though because they can't bite....they are just sharp all over.

Just tasted like a large meaty shrimp. You should have seen the vein in it, it was huge and disgusting. Also tore my fingers up trying to tear it out of there LOL

Nothing boring about smoked salmon, I love that shit! Only 200 calories per serving and just tons and tons of protein!

I have a family recipe I always use on salmon. In a small pan boil Jack Daniels, soy sauce and salt. Let it simmer and boil for a few minutes then pour on the raw salmon. Let it sit for 30 minutes and then Grill like normal, it will change your life!
 
@ickyrica Doing well my friend. Just about done with the home remodel then starting on the Log Cabin. Gym going well, up to 221lbs at 6’-2”... I posted an updated picture in most shredded forum a while back.
