What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

As a matter of fact I'm planning a fasting day next week, I've done this before. How do you do your fast @Mr.B66 ?

I try to do 2 days a week where i dont eat breakfast, and wait till bout 2 pm to eat lunch. I also do it on workout days so i can pretty much use stored fat as fuel. I am new to this so im still trying to dial in how many days and how many hrs i should go to get the results i want but i think its got great potential for not only fat loss but also good for your health, giving your body a break from digesting food seems to have some huge health benefits.

It doesn't take long to see results if you're doing it right and your used to going up and down in bodyweight. Im about 178lbs @5'5
And looking for 165lbs ripped. I'm just on 400mg/wk Watson test-c last 2 weeks but got some really GOOD STUFF coming. :) We'll bump it up when it comes....

Lunch today is 2 day marinated 6oz flank steak and cottage cheese

You ever add ketchup to your cottage cheese? I know it sounds weird, my dad swears by it.
