What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

The protein intake thing has been debunked several times. It's really the individual as with everything and not everyone is the same in that regard as to absorption and food breakdown. I don't at all believe with hard training, body stress, and elevated protein synthesis that 50 or even more grams would go to waste at a time other than thermogenics from digestion.

Lunch today is half a steak and a cup of cottage cheese . I grilled a bunch of steaks last night and will eat half a steak every 3 hrs plus a fat item like cheese or nuts.

Hope you cooked enough for two. On my way... Hmmmm, we're on opposite coasts, this could take awhile... Maybe i'll wait for the next round of steaks. These ones would be tough as leather by the time i make it there. :D
 
I call it Near Keto but it's low carbs, I eat oatmeal or a low sugar cereal in the morning, but less or none as the day progresses . And I will pick one day out of 7 that I will carb replenish.

If your doing this for dropping BF have you considered intermittent fasting a cpl days a week, say 18 hrs ? Pretty incredible for dropping BF.

What's the protein macros for the day considering the steak and cottage cheese/nuts every three hours. That's hitting some big numbers it sounds like.
