Fawkin gainzzz bro!

I hammered back like 3k calories in table talk pies last night. Turkey rice and broccoli for the next few weeks for me :(
outside of one graduation celebration buffet dinner I've been spot on with my nutrition since this post last week. The big ticket item is I have refrained from eating sugar. It's wild what a good nutrition plan will do for someone. True clean eating folks.

I'm an unfortunate soul because as i get older my stomach gets weaker. I can't eat a lot of foods that i used to eat and that's a shame but it's also paying off because I'm looking all sexy and shit lol.

Here's to correctly timed carbs and plenty of water...

Can you elaborate on " correctly timed carbs"

Can you elaborate on " correctly timed carbs"
Yeah man. I'm eating almost all of my carbs about 2 hours prior to my work out and directly after my workout. Maybe 10/15% of my carbs come with breakfast.
Sweet potato, oatmeal and white rice are basically the bulk of my carbs right now.
I swear I'm melting the remainder of my excess fat off much faster this way. I was eating good food but it was a mix of macros at every meal. I was reading about just eating carbs only prior to and after working out. I figured I'd try it out, and it may be in my head but I swear I loose stored fat faster now. I have no clue where i read about it either, but i do know it was just someones personal take on the subject. It wasnt part of a study or anything to that effect.

I try to do 2 days a week where i dont eat breakfast, and wait till bout 2 pm to eat lunch. I also do it on workout days so i can pretty much use stored fat as fuel. I am new to this so im still trying to dial in how many days and how many hrs i should go to get the results i want but i think its got great potential for not only fat loss but also good for your health, giving your body a break from digesting food seems to have some huge health benefits.

OK @Mr.B66 - gonna try your half-day fast , no food until 2pm today....
