Alright fellows, I have come to the Masters, how are all you all cooking sweet potatoes?
Easiest is in the microwave honestly.
I dice them up and bake them too. Depends on what your calorie restrictions are but the diced version is a good way to toss kerrygold, cinnamon and a touch of brown sugar. But, you can do whatever you want too. They typically need some kind of fat when diced and baked though, oil or something.
