Alright fellows, I have come to the Masters, how are all you all cooking sweet potatoes?

Easiest is in the microwave honestly.

I dice them up and bake them too. Depends on what your calorie restrictions are but the diced version is a good way to toss kerrygold, cinnamon and a touch of brown sugar. But, you can do whatever you want too. They typically need some kind of fat when diced and baked though, oil or something.
 
High protein tofu, kale, advocado and high protein pasta.

You guys that eat meat should check out the protein pastas. You get 20-30g of protein per serving with all the carbs. It’s one of my tricks in getting a lot of protein being vegan. Rather than rice which is just carbs, you’ll almost double your protein intake per meal.

It’s best to buy edamame pasta because soy is a complete protein. Lentils, chickpeas and beans are not so when I do eat these proteins I need to eat rice or grains to make up the leucine. But I figured you would benefit from the high protein and carb count if these pastas. Far from wasted calories. Much more productive than rice or quinoa IMHO

Wrap in a pretty damp paper towel whole then microwave for 6 minutes so it doesn't dry out. Cut and de-skin, good to go.
I like cutting wedges, little olive oil with some Italian seasoning (oregano, parsley, onion/garlic powder and some paprika) and bake in the oven. Takes longer but better.

The trick is to meal prep. Cook for a few days and store in fridge. Grab and go!

Thats fried Tofu in the squares ? Ive seen the struggles of vegan BB"ers ....much respect . But it can be done , seen some ripped individuals who were vegans . You just need different food combinations to achieve complete protein meals....Goodluck ~Ogh

duuuude! Most legit statement Meso will see ever. When my kid hit early 20s and started working a real full time job my financial outlook changed 100%

Kids eat money out of thin air. Like a magic trick you'll see on tv. Snap your fingers and that cash you thought you had, bahahaha, it's gone. Unreal how true that is.
Damn straight. I have 5 and they burn through it like wildfire.

Sautéed really. Use advocado oil and pan fry.
Nothing I eat is deep fried.

Yeah definitely more challenging but I have put on 30 pounds this last year. Was my first year training so maybe that the reason.

But try the protein pastas. Will help knock out your daily protein and carbs

Oh I’m well aware what an extended vacation will do to your body. Luckily we have the ability to bounce back from it relatively quickly.

Yes you’re correct! That’s why I’m going to start my gh 4 iu a day then do a test only cycle at 750 mg a week after I get pre bloods to check everything. Just need to see how fucked I really am lol.
 
Meal prepping for the girlfriend and a protein pancake I had this morning.

Pancake:
A teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 serving of gluten free all-purpose baking mix, one scoop of whey, 6 egg whites (from whole eegs), half a cup of sugar free almond milk and 1 packets of Splenda. Best protein pancake of your life right there boys! LolIMG_20180708_190342.jpegIMG_20180707_212231.jpeg
