What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

High protein tofu, kale, advocado and high protein pasta.

You guys that eat meat should check out the protein pastas. You get 20-30g of protein per serving with all the carbs. It’s one of my tricks in getting a lot of protein being vegan. Rather than rice which is just carbs, you’ll almost double your protein intake per meal.

It’s best to buy edamame pasta because soy is a complete protein. Lentils, chickpeas and beans are not so when I do eat these proteins I need to eat rice or grains to make up the leucine. But I figured you would benefit from the high protein and carb count if these pastas. Far from wasted calories. Much more productive than rice or quinoa IMHO

Thats fried Tofu in the squares ? Ive seen the struggles of vegan BB"ers ....much respect . But it can be done , seen some ripped individuals who were vegans . You just need different food combinations to achieve complete protein meals....Goodluck ~Ogh

Know a lot of vegans ..... they put me on the General Tso tofo from the quick China places around here..... ever tried it?

Other then that.... I love meat, protein, and eggs, and milk.... and oh yeah cheese ... and more meat...

But hats off brother you’ll prolly live longer the those like me eating the red meat :(
 
Ive always ate well and counted my macros and ate clean as fuck for years straight at some point. Either Im getting older or something but it just isn't working. I have this layer of stomach fat I just can not get ride of. I can produce good conditioning but I may have a weakness that I'm not noticing. I've tried everything even though I know what works best for me. I've literally started from square one pretending I don't know anything. And started over and I land right where I'm at again.
Anyone here got anything they can think of that might help me?
I'm thinking I'd have to do and hour of cardio every day fasted plus throw in an extra 60g of carbs every 3 days? Idk. Carb cycling works for me but weather I do a lot or little cardio it makes no difference.
DNP and fat loss drugs just help me get there sooner. That's it. Not further.

I've always been naturally lean. My upper body can be shredded but I have this little bit of fat on my belly, very little but it's on my love handles too.

Any suggestions, like I said anything would help.

Hey thanks dude. As I mentioned before I’m all for killing animals for food. Just a health decision I made.

I found some interesting documentaries of people that have reversed completely blocked arteries simply by going vegan. It’s an on going battle with traditionally trained doctors and plant based nutritionists as to what’s right and wrong. I guess we’ll all find out one day right!?

I joke often about how I’ll be the first to drop dead at 41 from heart disease. Lol. We all know how this thing called life can have a sense of humor at times.

If my life wasn’t so fast paced, I had a personal chef, and I didnt love meat I’d be a vegan!

Yeah man. That was one of the documentaries. It’s actually easy. I cook that edamame protein pasta, vegetables and high protein tofu on sundays. I meal prep my entire week in about 3-4 hours. I still consume 250-270g of protein also. Once you get through the learning curve of what foods to eat and how to prepare them it’s actually pretty easy.
Those nutritionists on that show said when someone consumes meats it immediately causes arterial inflammation causing hardening of your veins and arteries for approximately 5-6 hours. After 5-6 hours the artery inflammation subsides. The issue is people are already eating more meat before the inflammatory properties dissipate.

Maybe try 70/30. Maybe 1 meal a day substitute meat for tempeh or seitan. Give your body a break from having to break down heavy meals

My cholesterol 5 years ago at 30 years old was 320. My most recent blood work it was 140
