What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Does anybody have any advice on preparing Ground Turkey? I have gallstones so I keep my diet lowfat so I don't wind up in the ER again.. Normally I'll mix up a 1:1 ratio of 97/3% Turkey and 93/7% ground beef (the beef really helps with the flavor and consistency). But I'm always looking for new ways and ideas to cook. Ground Turkey is basically the unbuttered and unsalted popcorn of the meat world so there's nowhere to go but up

I have used a lot of it but I keep it simple. Cooked ground with whatever spice I have, or make burgers or meatballs. I don’t mix in any other meat to mine though

Fry the ground turkey in a pan. Once its begun to brown chop up and flip all the meat over. Then sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic salt, paprika and cayenne pepper(season for spicy lvl u like) and let cook. Brown that side flip over ground meat once more and repeat with the seasons once more.
Its fantastic

I work on a rig and the nearest grocery store is 1.5 hrs away so I end up meal prepping and one of the easiest meals I've found with the ground Turkey and Beef is spaghetti.. just keep the sauce separate and refrigerated and heat up everything when you're ready to eat! 15 minutes later, you can be swinging a hammer again!
Chili
Taco night
Burgers
