Wakey-wakey eggs & bakey ! 
So I took last nights cauliflower/turkey mixture and scooped some in some pork rinds (zero carbs) and topped w/ cheddar . Put under broiler and Gtg !
PS - I also drizzeled some olive oil over them for even more good fats and flavor , much better !

Nice never thought about using pork rinds as a "base" kind of like a jalepeno popper. Good call.

Hawaiian pork and jasmine rice.
1st dinner is HB patty /cauliflower rice/butter .
Alrighty - last nights 2nd dinner was exactly like the first ^^^

Here you go OGH, keto breakfast. Fried smoke meat with scrambled eggs with cheese, topped with avo and salsa. Now off to the gym 
You kill it in the gym Island Guy , Im looking for Portuguese sausage right now . I know you know a lil something about that ....lol
I finished up using the Cauliflower Taco rice mixture on more pork rinds w/ cheese . A lil olive oil drizzeled on too .
